Shipping policy

All orders within the US are shipped via USPS First Class Mail. All international orders are shipped via USPS International First Class Mail. Agate & Elm is not responsible for the payment of any customs, taxes or tariffs.  I will notify you when I have shipped your package and note an expected delivery date.  Please be sure your address entered at checkout is correct.
